Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note each item is custom made-to-order and will take up to approximately 2 - 3 weeks to create before your order is shipped. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States. 

International Shipping

We do not currently ship orders internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@jonidisco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes at with our shipping carrier at this time. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your piece within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us at hello@jonidisco.com so we may assist.
